At Wood Store, we specialize in furniture and large items. Due to the nature of our products, the following policy applies:

- Returns are only accepted in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Products must be unused and in their original condition.

⚠️ Important:
- Customized or made-to-order furniture cannot be returned or refunded.
- Minor differences in color or finish may occur due to lighting or materials and are not considered defects.

If your request is approved:
- We will offer replacement or partial/full refund based on the case.
